Lillian Valentine Turnpenny nee Vass, born 14th February 1893 and died on the 15th July 2001 in Dover. The picture shows her at her graduation in 1915, at the Bedford College for women, part of the university of London. She was Dover's oldest resident - Aged 108 years

John Harvey Turnpenny b 23/3/1923 son of Lillian Valentine Turnpenny passed away on 27/10/2011. John was a great help in building this tree and supplying some wonderful photographs, I sadly miss his emails with snippets of family history.
